Returns
For products you want to send back after receiving your order.
Products can usually be returned within 14 days after delivery if they are complete, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning a product so we can review your request and provide instructions.

Warranty
Warranty covers product defects, not damage caused by incorrect use or installation.
Warranty coverage depends on the product and generally applies to manufacturing defects. Drone electronics and UAV components must be installed and used correctly. Damage caused by incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, crashes, water damage, overheating, misuse, unauthorized modifications, soldering mistakes, incorrect installation or normal wear is not covered as a standard warranty issue.
If you believe a product is faulty, contact us with detailed information so we can review the issue. In some cases, additional testing, photos, logs or supplier assessment may be required.
How to submit a warranty claim
Send clear information so the issue can be reviewed properly.

- Add photos of the product, connectors, wiring and setup where relevant.
- Include firmware/software version, logs or error messages if applicable.

Damaged delivery
If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible.
If your package or product arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us quickly. Carrier claims may require photos of the outside packaging, inside packaging and damaged product.

- A short description of the damage
Refunds
Refunds are reviewed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
After receiving and inspecting a returned product, we will confirm whether a refund applies. Approved refunds are usually processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
