Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Aeroboticshop’s website and services. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions.
Definitions
- Aeroboticshop: Van der Noordaa Tech, based in Bennekom, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 94003491.
- Customer: the party with whom Aeroboticshop has entered into an agreement.
- Parties: Aeroboticshop and the customer collectively.
- Consumer: a customer who acts as an individual for private purposes.
Applicability
- These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, offers, activities, orders, agreements, and deliveries of services or products by Aeroboticshop.
- Deviations are only valid if explicitly agreed upon in writing by both parties.
- Any additional or deviating general terms and conditions from the customer or third parties are excluded.
Prices
- All prices are in euros, including VAT, and excluding any additional costs, unless otherwise stated.
- Prices may be adjusted at any time due to unforeseen cost increases.
- Customers have the right to cancel an agreement if prices increase significantly due to legal regulations.
Payments and Payment Terms
- Aeroboticshop may require a deposit of up to 50% of the agreed amount.
- The full amount must be paid within one month after delivery.
- Late payments will result in interest charges and may lead to suspension of delivery.
Right of Withdrawal
- Consumers may cancel an online purchase within a 14-day cooling-off period, provided the product is unused and all specified conditions are met.
- Cancellations must be submitted via info@aeroboticshop.com.
- Products must be returned within 14 days after the cancellation notice has been given.
Refund of Shipping Costs
- If eligible for a refund, Aeroboticshop will reimburse the purchase amount within 14 days after a valid cancellation.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Warranty
- Warranty applies to manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
- Claims must include proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
Complaints
- Customers must inspect products as soon as possible and report any issues within one month.
- Detailed descriptions must be provided to enable Aeroboticshop to respond appropriately.
Liability
- Aeroboticshop is only liable for direct damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
- Liability is limited to the amount covered by insurance or the invoice value.
Shipping and Transfer of Risk
- During checkout, customers can choose between standard shipping and insured shipping.
- Standard shipping is uninsured. In this case, the customer assumes the risk of loss or damage once the package is handed over to the carrier.
- With insured shipping, Aeroboticshop remains liable until delivery or until compensation is paid by the carrier, up to the insured amount.
- Aeroboticshop advises customers to choose insured shipping for valuable or time-sensitive orders.
Applicable Law and Competent Court
- Dutch law applies to all agreements.
- Disputes will be resolved by the Dutch court in the district where Aeroboticshop is established.
