Support scope

We are happy to help with products purchased from Aeroboticshop. Please note that advanced system design, custom software development, full vehicle integration, flight tuning and third-party product troubleshooting may fall outside standard product support. If your request requires specialist engineering work, we will let you know what is possible.

Warranty or faulty product?

If you believe a product is faulty, contact us with your order number, a clear description of the issue and photos or test results where possible. Warranty coverage depends on the product and does not cover damage caused by incorrect wiring, crashes, water damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications or normal wear.
