Aeroboticshop ships professional drone parts and UAV components with care. On this page you can find practical information about ordering online, requesting B2B quotes, shipping costs, delivery options, tracking and what to do if your order arrives damaged.
How to place an order
Order directly through the webshop in a few simple steps.
- Browse the store or use search to find the products you need.
- Open the product page and check the product details, price and availability.
- Add the product to your cart.
- Review your cart before checkout.
- Enter your delivery details.
- Choose an available shipping and payment option.
- Confirm and complete your order.
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or promotions folder first.
Order processing
Processing time and delivery time are not the same thing.
We aim to dispatch in-stock products as quickly as possible. Order processing usually takes up to 2 business days, depending on product availability, order volume and payment confirmation. Delivery time starts after the order has been handed over to the carrier.
Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Shipping carriers
Available carriers and shipping options may depend on your delivery country and order details.
Aeroboticshop ships orders with carriers such as PostNL and DHL Express. Available shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery options are shown during checkout.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the carrier, destination and order details.
Shipping rates are shown during checkout before you complete your order. Some shipping methods may have a fixed rate, while others are calculated based on the delivery country, carrier and order details.
If you are placing a B2B or larger order, contact us before ordering if you need shipping reviewed as part of a quote.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times depend on destination, carrier and product availability.
Delivery times shown during checkout or carrier tracking are estimates. In-stock orders are usually dispatched within the stated processing time, but delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays or incorrect address details.
- Netherlands: delivery is often faster after dispatch, depending on carrier service.
- EU and international orders: delivery time depends on destination and selected carrier.
- DHL Express: often faster for international shipments, depending on destination.
- PostNL: suitable for many standard shipments, depending on destination.
Tracking your order
You will receive tracking information when your order has shipped and tracking is available.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If tracking is available for your shipment, the email will include tracking details. Please allow some time for the carrier tracking page to update after dispatch.
If you did not receive tracking information, check your spam folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your order number.
International delivery, customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import rules outside our control.
Aeroboticshop ships internationally where available through checkout. For deliveries outside the Netherlands or EU, customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply. These costs are normally the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise during checkout.
Please check your local import rules before ordering specialist drone components if your country has restrictions or documentation requirements.
Damaged or missing items
Contact us quickly if something is wrong with your delivery.
If your package arrives damaged or an item appears to be missing, contact us as soon as possible. Please keep the packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as the carrier may require photos or additional information.
