The Cube Yellow autopilot is a CubePilot flight controller designed for hobby users, commercial system integrators, and UAS manufacturers. It sits between the Cube Black and Cube Orange in the CubePilot ecosystem, offering newer sensor hardware and improved performance compared with the Cube Black while maintaining compatibility with F-series system-on-chip architecture.

The Cube Yellow is suitable for UAV projects that need a compact Cube-style autopilot with redundant IMU sensors, vibration isolation, temperature-controlled sensors, and compatibility with CubePilot carrier boards.

• F7 processor platform – Uses a faster F7 SOC with 512 KB RAM for improved flight controller performance.
• Triple redundant IMU sensors – Provides additional sensor redundancy for more reliable state estimation.
• Vibration-isolated IMU design – Two IMU sets are mechanically vibration-isolated to reduce the effect of frame vibration.
• Temperature-controlled sensors – IMUs are temperature-controlled using onboard heating resistors for stable operation.
• Compact Cube form factor – Flight management and inertial management units are housed in a small Cube-style design.
• CubePilot carrier board compatibility – Uses the 80-pin DF17 connector for plug-in integration with compatible carrier boards.

Like other CubePilot autopilots, the Cube Yellow can be used with compatible carrier boards. This gives integrators the option to use an off-the-shelf carrier board or design a custom integration based on published CubePilot carrier board specifications.
