Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using Aeroboticshop's website and services. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions.

Definitions

  1. Aeroboticshop: van der Noordaa Tech, established in Haarlem, Chamber of Commerce no. 94003491.
  2. Customer: the party which Aeroboticshop has entered into an agreement with.
  3. Parties: Aeroboticshop and customer together.
  4. Consumer: a customer who is an individual acting for private purposes.

Applicability

  1. These terms apply to all quotations, offers, activities, orders, agreements, and deliveries of services or products by Aeroboticshop.
  2. Deviations are only valid if explicitly agreed upon in writing by both parties.
  3. Supplementary and/or deviating general terms of the customer or third parties are excluded.

Prices

  1. All prices are in euros, inclusive of VAT, and exclusive of other costs unless stated otherwise.
  2. Prices can be adjusted at any time due to unforeseen cost increases.
  3. Customers have the right to terminate an agreement if prices increase significantly due to statutory regulation.

Payments and payment terms

  1. Aeroboticshop may require a down payment of up to 50% of the agreed amount.
  2. The full amount must be paid within one month after delivery.
  3. Late payments will incur interest charges and potential suspension of delivery.

Right of withdrawal

  1. Consumers can cancel an online purchase within a 14-day cooling-off period if the product is unused and meets other conditions specified.
  2. Notification of withdrawal must be made via info@aeroboticshop.com.
  3. Products must be returned within 14 days after withdrawal notification.

Reimbursement of delivery costs

  1. If eligible for reimbursement, Aeroboticshop will refund purchase and return costs within 14 days of a valid withdrawal.
  2. Return costs are reimbursed only if the entire order is returned.

Warranty

  1. Warranty applies to manufacturing defects but not to damage from misuse or normal wear and tear.
  2. Claims require proof of purchase and detailed issue description.

Complaints

  1. Customers must inspect products as soon as possible and report any issues within one month.
  2. Detailed descriptions of issues must be provided to enable adequate response from Aeroboticshop.

Liability

  1. Aeroboticshop is liable only for direct damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
  2. Liability is limited to the amount covered by insurance or the invoice value.

Applicable law and competent court

  1. Dutch law applies to all agreements.
  2. Disputes will be resolved by the Dutch court in the district where Aeroboticshop is established.
